Compose email not working in live server

Hello,

compose email working in localhost, but on live server it is not working with same configuration.

it is loading loading display.

error display in log: “SugarPHPMailer encountered an error: SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.”

Based on my experience, the issue is not on SuiteCRM but on the server you are using. I had a Sendgrid account that worked fine on our local servers but didn’t work on our production one. What I end using was the a host email account and now all works fine.

I’ll recommend to try a different SMTP account and try again.
