Compose email is not working and keep buffering

Hi, I am using SuiteCRM 7.14.4, I have set email setting and made a group Inbound email account and in both the test email and connectivity is successful but still when I am composing email, it is keep buffering for hours but the email is not sent.


Any suggestions on what to do?

It really should give the error message on the screen, buffering for hours is poor user interface / user experience.

You’re correct :upside_down_face:. At least, admin dashboard page should display errors on the screen.
