Company needs a developer

Hi, we need suitecrm developer to extend functionality of our CRM. Idealy relying on new 8.xx version and doing all off the customization with GitHub, so we can pull new version of SuiteCrm from Git and also pull new custom development from our specific CRM Git. Is this possible and where is the best place to find good developer for this, that will work on per job basis? We have some experience with developers from freelance platforms, but most of them are not experts in SuiteCrm and they don’t understand Git logic.
I know I can get great support from this community as I already experienced in the past, but I don’t have personal time to work on more complex customization and modules.
