I have had an issue open for a couple days on the 7.9.4 release and no one has even commented on it or followed up. An acknowledgement of the issue at least would be great. Especially since this was a highly recommended release that caused more problems than what it solved, for me anyways. I think you guys do well with the product but I would like to see a bit more communication and quicker response time. Even if the issue will be ignored for a bit it would be nice to know.
