Rawan, I think you have to be more specific as to what your problem is or what steps you took to create the problem. I can think of dozens of issues that could cause problems, from DNS, SPF, DKIM issues, to subscribe/unsubscribe issues, to how the campaign is configured causing suppression, to problems with your SMTP connection.
I’d need much more information and screen shots of your settings and what is occurring to be able to pin it down.
