Hi, I changed the character set in Collation in Administration and now it crashed. Can you let me know which data base table has Collation value?

You changed it it administration of what? MySQL? Phpmyadmin? SuiteCRM?

Have a look at public/legacy/config_override.php , I am not sure, but I think your setting might be there, and you can try removing it.
Thank you, it is! Changed back to utf8mb3_general_ci and now it works once again.
