Code flow of values to be stored in table

I need to know how the data are stored into tables …

Quickcreate panel …Finally i found SUGAR.subpanelutil.inlinesave( formid, formname)…

but hereafter i cant locate the inline save method…plz guide me …need quick response

I do not know what you need to do, but the generic save method is in the Model of the Module.
