Close button not working on My Calls dashlet in SuiteCRM

Hi,

Close button (cross icon) not working on “My Calls” dashlet in home page dashlets on my SuiteCRM 7.6.4

It is giving some javascript/jquery error in error console on firefox “TypeError: singleModule is undefined”

and on Chrome

“Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read sugar_grp1.js?v=bHc9QsQ8RjGSGZ8gXD4sJg:698 property ‘toLowerCase’ of undefined at Object.show (sugar_grp1.js?v=bHc9QsQ8RjGSGZ8gXD4sJg:698) at HTMLAnchorElement.onclick (index.php?module=Home&action=index:1109)”

How can I resolve this? Can anyone help me?

are you compliance with all these https://suitecrm.com/wiki/index.php/Compatibility_Matrix? did you try to repair and rebuild, also check your file permissions
