Click to Call - Integration - Modules HELP

I have SutieCRM installed and working great for about 2 months now. I am trying to move on to some added functionality now with Click to Call and the feature of calling from SuiteCRM, logging the calls and possibly adding notes.

I do not have or am I using Asterisk or any other free PBX. We use Hosted PBX/VoIP. I DO have all the settings I need though, SIP settings etc so I can use a SoftPhone or other modules that don’t require PBX integration.

Can someone please offer a possible solution on how to get this to work. I have Click to Call selected in the settings, but the phone numbers don’t seem to be click-able…yes I have them formatted correctly as +1 (111) 111-1111 :dry:

Any help or solutions would be helpful…I don’t mind spending a little for a solution but not $100’s of dollars etc.

You should specify your SuiteCRM version, and exactly where you go to find a phone number that is not clickable, and exactly which phone number that is (just swap a few numbers around, but don’t change anything more). This is makes it possible for others to try and reproduce your problem.

After you solve the problem of having clickable links, any further issues should be a matter of operating system configuration: the browser tells Windows (or whatever) to open a URL of “tel” type, if your Softphone is configured it should work.
