Is there anyway to change the ownership of the SuiteCRM folder if I am using a hosting service??
I try to install and change the permission but cannot change the ownership.
after installation, the password of the Admin user is not working, and cannot recover the password with email as well…
Any clue related to this?

You will need to work with your host. SuiteCRM is a large and complex application, and it requires that permissions are set correctly, both for existing files and also ensure that permissions are set in files such as the config.php so that new automatically generated files are created with the correct permissions. If not set correctly, you may run into issues.
