Hi there,

Now I will translate to Chinese language, and have translated about one half. But now there are two problem, could anyone help me?thanks

one is where is location I should translate like Products\Invoice…pls find the attachment as below.

another one is: I tranlated the Group Module to Chinese in the file include\language\zh_cn.lang.php, the site display Null when I chick it. Is it a bug? I don’t know why.

Hi there,

To translate AOS modules(Invoices/Contracts/Quotes ettc.) the language can be found in custom/Extension/application/Language.

You can translate to zh_CN Simplified Chinese (China) using Transifex. Translation already has files that I upload from partial lang pack.
Its free to join, use and download!
You simple translate online using your browser.
When you download your files they are populated with the translated strings and also the non translated strings

Hello,

is there a simplified Chinese language pack? Apparently there is one in sugarCRM.

If not, what’s the central database table containing the translations to get it done?

I understand there’s a 3rd party “Transiflex” working on a translation - no idea what’s the relation with suitecrm and whether this will be included in suitecrm at some point in the future?!

Actually there is no official language packs for SuiteCRM.

  • SuiteCRm is ditributed with English, Russian and Spanish languages already installed (Spanish and Russian are not 100% updated)
  • Italian has its own language pack created by one user
  • German has 2 packs (one by a company, the other by a user).
  • There are also some other languages on github personal projects but this is not a platform to translate stuff, so they are not updated and ready to be installed.

For the other languages you need to download language packs created by me:

Simplified chinese is almost 100% done, so please join in, its free (and it will be always updated)!

I plan to create a new batch of language packs this week to include latest lines from SuiteCRM Beta 7.3

Note: those languages are translated at Transifex project also created by me. Whenever SuiteCRM devs want to the project will be given to them!
