Checkboxes are not being displayed in SuiteP

The console keeps giving 404 errors for check.png saying it cannot be found in the cache folder. I had to move the image there for the checkboxes to appear. This is weird.

Even the administration logos are missing.

Can you please upgrade to 7.10.4? There were several of these issues fixed in the new version.
