Check inbound mailboxes not working

Hi

I have been trying to get my inbound emails working on a new installation. I have set up the emails and am connecting to the server okay. I have set up the cron job, I have set up the scheduler to run every 10 minutes but currently I am getting no emails but my log shows this error
Tue Mar 16 17:58:46 2021 [1572335][1][FATAL] log call at: modules/EmailMan/tpls/config.tpl:465 - styleChecked is not set

Is this the problem? if so - what needs setting?

Are you still having issues with this?

I haven’t run into this myself, but I’d recommend checking a few things:


  • Which type of Inbound Account have you set up?

I believe, if you want Emails to pull into the “Emails” module, you would use the “Group Mail” account
Whereas the “Bounce Handling” account is mainly used for Campaigns functionality


  • What version of SuiteCRM are you using?

  • What version of PHP are you on? ( Check against the Compatibility Matrix )

  • When setting up the Inbound Mail account, are you able to access and select folders?
    (ie, via the “Select” button)image
