Is there any plugin to install with the function of a chat between users?

Google is your friend. I’d suggest googling for chat plugins for SugarCRM CE/SuiteCRM.

It seems they had a chat module on SugarForge, before it was deprecated, called SimpleChat.

Although we are not affiliated, and can’t ‘recommend’ this or provide any guarantee/warranty on the module.
