Only happen in the description field, if I edit the field and save, then everything looks good, but if i reload, then fails again. In edition mode all looks good.
Which version?
Can you check if it’s working in the demo?
Can you check in a different browser / different computer?
I have the same problem in version 7.8.6.
I’ve tried it in the trial version, and the CRM has removed the characters (letters) of Latin HTML codes (when editing content in the description field of the Case module). I suppose it had been the sanitizer.
In some tests part of the HTML tags have been removed.
