changing VAT TAX BTW percentage

We can’t change the VAT percentage. We’ve installed the latest version of Suite CRM and the drop down editor just renders “null” if I click it like I was told to do in another post. How come? is there any other of chnging VAT percentages? why not put in all EU VAT perecentages in the first place? or add a VAT package like language packages? This causes a lot of hassle.

BTW, the VAT in Holland are 6% and 21% (and 0% is also an option) Many EU countries have 19% or 20%

Hey,

I am able to change my VAT Percentages with no issues.
Have you check that your permissions have been set correctly for your environment?

Also, Which Dropdown list are you trying to edit? If I use vat_list, it works as it should.

Hi John,

Thank you. as far as I know I have all the rights as admin. but when I press drop drown menu under admin, I just get a blank page. yesterday before the latest backup, it gave me all the drop down menu’s but when I clicked VAT, it rendered “null”

Are there any errors in your sugarcrm.log or Suitecrm.log files?
Are there any JavaScript errors that show in the console?
Is your owner/group user correct?
