Changing Defaults Dashlets

Hi, how can I change the Default Dashlets created for a new user on suitecrm ?
What file I need to change ?
Because I don´t want to give permission to user change the homepage and I want to put Calendar as First Dashlet.

I think the file you need to change is: modules/Home/index.php

Wrong.
You need to change the $defaultDashlets array in /modules/Home/dashlets.php
or if you want to be upgrade-safe, create dashlets.php in /custom/modules/Home/
