Changes to SuiteCRM 7.11.18/Studio to Contacts List view not effected

Adding, removing or reordering fields of Contacts/List View after SAVE & DEPLOY not effective; are successful in Accounts/List View. Same behaviour on two Windows 10 computers and Chrome, Firefox and unGoogled Chromium browsers. The existing discussions here apply to older versions. Advice will be appreciated, thanks.

Did run a Repair after the Save & Deploy - no change.

Puzzling update: After approximately four hours of continuous usage, the Contact/List view reflected the changes I mentioned, on both computers (separate local instances). I don’t know how to explain this.
