Changes made in Studio revert back after save in 7.3.1

Hi there

I’m having an issue where any changes made to layouts in SuiteCRM 7.3.1 don’t appear to save properly. When the save button is clicked it reverts back to its previous layout. Is this a known bug?

I downloaded the image from Bitnami.

Its most likely a file permissions issue on your hosting server.

Perhaps, although it does appear to change after trying a second time. Same thing happens if you then change it again. Perhaps a caching issue?

I’ll have a scan of the documentation regarding permissions and check, although I would have thought that a Bitnami image would come preconfigured…?

I think what you are talking about is a bug. It does update the layout but it does not appear to have been updated in studio. But if you come out and go back in the layout has changed.

Many studio bugs were resolved in SuiteCRM 7.3.2, and are also resolved in the SuiteCRM 7.4 releases. I would recommend that you upgrade and feed back any further issues.
