How can I change the time zone to my local time zone?
Please help
If you navigate to your user profile (click your name on the top right and select profile). Within these options you can change your timezone.

Will this be global change or just for my profile?
It is per-user. You can set defaults in Administration->Locale, but if I remember correctly, it won’t affect existing users. They’ll need to change it by going to their profiles.
