Change outbound e-mail passwords in database directly.. 📭

I need to update and change the DB password for the outgoing group e-mail account as the UI bugs out every time :scream: when attempting to change it there so I need to edit the password directly in the DB.

Also the personal account is needed to be updated and changed directly in the DB.

Anyone here that could be kind and share the SQL queries used to accomplish this?
