Change of Logo

Hi, I am new to suitecrm and when I wanted to customize the appearance I disovered following problem.
I wanted to change the logo According to the guidelines it has a max height of 170px and the width is also within the limit. It is also a .jpg. But when I want to upload I always get the error that the file needs to be a .jpg or an .png. I also tried a .png, same problem.

I have suitecrm Version 7.7.6
Sugar Version 6.5.24 (Build 509)
