Change default calendar

Hi,
I wanted to make Persian language pack, but with that i want to make a change in calendar to show Jalali calendar instead of Georgian, anyone know which file and how can I change default calendar?

Jalali or Persian Calendar has difference in year month and day, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jalali_calendar

You would need to look at modules/Calendar to see how dates are being calculated and change.
