centralized access to documents and knowledgebase

Hi,
Does suitecrm support having all accounts access a certain set of documents and knowledgebase articles or does this have to be configured?

You can have a much simpler set-up, of course.

The default case for the Documents module, is to let everyone see everything, I believe.

The second one still uses 7.9.x, but it allows admin access which is sometimes helpful.
