cases does not work in previous version database faillure

Hi had the 7.0 version suite crm installed in that version the cases module did not work (database faillure) so installed a demo version (latest)
In that environment cases works fine. So upgraded the live version to the latest version (same as the demo version) and still the cases module does not work
When opening cases in the live environment it still gives a database faillure. Does anybody has the same problem or have the solution to solve this

What is the difference between your demo/test server/environment to that of your live?

Hi Will,

The Demo version is a full install of the latest version and the live environment is and upgrade to the latest version. We already try to disable the ajax module that didn’t work.

also might be worth checking the sugarcrm.log as this open a door or two.

my guess would be checking the fields in the module in studio looking for any null values in the field list.

sorry Ian didn.t see the last remarkt thanks. Already solved updated the suite crm to newer version and there the cases module works
