cases_cstm table is missing

In one fresh install of SuitecRM 7.1.1 (no installation errors and permissions/owners set correctly) I noticed that the table cases_cstm was missing (I compared with another install that I use for testing).

I solved the issue by just adding the table in phpmyadmin:

CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS `cases_cstm` (
  `id_c` char(36) NOT NULL,
  `jjwg_maps_lng_c` float(11,8) DEFAULT '0.00000000',
  `jjwg_maps_lat_c` float(10,8) DEFAULT '0.00000000',
  `jjwg_maps_geocode_status_c` varchar(255) DEFAULT NULL,
  `jjwg_maps_address_c` varchar(255) DEFAULT NULL,
  PRIMARY KEY (`id_c`)
) ENGINE=MyISAM DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8;

Same for table leads_cstm.

this is the sql I used to add it:
