Cases are not being created automatically even inbound email is configured

I have setup the Inbound Email correctly.

There is a contact which exits in SuiteCRM and also can create case from AOP.

When I sent email on this Inbox there is no case being created.

Please help me on how to troubleshoot this issue,

What version are you using?
Use the option (other) to configure your email account. Don’t use gmail or yahoo or exchange options if you don’t are need.
