Case Escalation workflow not working


the attached workflow is not working when need to escalate for supervisor or manager

I designed to send email when assigned deadline is overdue

What could possibly wrong

What do you mean by “not working” exactly?

Do you mean that the Workflow doesn’t fire at all, or it does fire and no Email is sent, or anything else?

You should be able to see if the workflow runs, and fails sending email, by looking at the “Process Audit” section beneath the Workflow itself.

If it has ran, it will have lines that say eg: “Complete” / “Failed” / “Running”.

I was wondering if it would be possible to post a screenshot of the “Action” section of your workflow too, to ensure that there’s no issue there?
