Hi!
I encountered a problem with new cases automatically created from inbound email process. When I send an email to dedicated email address, it is received, shown in group email inbox, case is created and name + description fields are populated from the email. It even relates this case with an account when from-email-address is recorded in that account profile.
What I’m missing are various dashlets below case details, such as activities, documents, tasks… Nothing appears, not even the footer of the page showing “Powered by…”
Entire setup and case details screen are attached to this topic. I am also attaching log file.
When I create case manually, it shows as it is supposed (also attached).
My configuration:
- SuiteCRM 7.7.3
- Windows server 2012 R2
- SQL Server 2014 database
- PHP 5.6.24
Can anyone please help ASAP?
