Case closure Alert

Hi

As attached i formatted workflow to send email every time a case closed, meanwhile the message received doesn’t
show which case referred to

It just a general message for any closed case, how can i make this message mention the ID #, Case subject

what is the template that is being used? You have to set it in the template using the variables

If you remove the text from the bottom and use the body editor to put the text in that and use the ‘Insert Variable’ function you can do it through that. If you need any help doing that just ask

Initially it was generating blank message that is why i typed the statement below

you have to select the sections you would like from the left bit and then add the information into that

From that image i have selected to bits to add to my template and added a variable into the title
