Can't upgrade

Today, I tried to upgrade from 7.9.8 to 7.9.9. I go to the upgrade wizard, but after the Welcome page, the process ends on a blank page with this :
“405 Not Allowed

Any idea to help ?

That’s an nginx configuration problem. There are many sites online discussing his difficulty but it gets complicated, I don’t understand all the details.

Note that nginx is not a supported web server for SuiteCRM, though many people seem to be using it with good results.

Thank you for answering. I’m gonna see with my host. They make SuiteCRM available on their servers, they should have a solution…

My host handled swiftly the problem and iy’s now working. Thanks again for your help.
