I checked with 1 and 1 and all of their settings are correct. I could not find a thread here but I did find this one but not sure what line to put the fix on.

I am not aware of any existing problems with 1and1 and Sugar/Suite, I am also not aware of needing a fix to make it work. what errors are you seeing when this does not work ? sugarcrm.log ? when you test the testings in the admin panel does the test work ?
