Can't proceed with the installation setup, v8

Hi, I’m new to this and trying this out, I tried to follow the ytube tutorial video on how to install version 8 but no success. I don’t see an install.php file but I saw someone here mentioned about it being under the legacy folder, I did find this

Is it this one? I tried entering something like this on our browser but still no success, this is a fresh install btw

If it doesn’t show, check your web server configuration, ModRewrite, htaccess, etc.

Follow this guide carefully
