Can't print quotes in PDF or send it by mail (Uncaught ReferenceError: showPopup is not defined)

Hello,

I hava a problem. When I’m in a quote, when I click in “Print as PDF” or “Send it by email”, nothing happened.
The console shows : “Uncaught ReferenceError: showPopup is not defined”.

I searched in Google but nothing correct.

I’m the only one with this bug ?

My version is 8.2.3, installed in a bitnami VM.

Solved.

You have to create a pdf template for the button to work.
this tip should be displayed as a popup when you click on the “export as PDF” button and no template has been created.
