Hello, I am trying to install version 7.6.5 but get a javascript error during the install process.
I have followed the installation guide on the wiki modifying only slightly for host.
The error is a null reference because the next button is not found in the DOM.

I have tried the install in Firefox, Chrome and other browsers so the issue is not browser specific.
I also tried to install the older version (and then to update) but was not successful in installing it either, but I didn’t get an error from it.
Please let me know if there is anything I need to do to help troubleshoot it. I am open to pulling the latest from git if necessary or trying the pre-release version.
