Can't Edit image in invoice draft

Hi All,

I am trying to copy a new logo and paste in invoice draft but unable to do so. Please let me know what steps can I follow to edit image.

I am not sure what you mean by copy and paste a new logo.

If you are generating a PDF or a letter. You need to go into the PDF Templates and edit the template for your invoices. You can select insert a new image. It’s the icon with a framed picture. In order to insert an image you need to know what the URL (or web address) of the image you wish to use.

  1. One method to get such an address is to create a new note in SuiteCRM, attach your new logo to that note and click save.
  2. Right click the link of the attachment and select “copy link address” in chrome or “copy link location” in Firefox .
  3. Edit the PDF Template responsible for your invoice. Click insert new image icon.
  4. You can then paste the link address into the new image Image URL.
  5. Click Insert.

If you a referring to the product line items. The you need to edit the product and upload a new image.

Hi,

I am able to insert a new image in draft invoice, but when i am selecting a “print as pdf” option that logo is not visible in the pdf . I have also attached the screenshot.

Please help !!
