Can't create Scheduled_Reports

Hello. all!
I have a little trouble
When i try create Scheduled Reports, i take coce like in foto.
Coudn’t you say me - how to fix this problem?

Have you run a Quick Repair & Rebuild and ensured permissions are set correctly?

Yes, I have. And I sure that permissions is ok.
It case is only one moduke. And when i try create new.

Up. I can’t create New Sheduled report.
I upgraded to 7.5.1 but it still not work. Where am i see?
Quick Repair & Rebuild not help, All permition is 777 (for experement). What else?
PS I suppose that proble in editviewdef.php

Windows Server
Version 7.6.6

Is there a fix to this available?
