Can't change Theme color or footer logo

Hi,
On a 7.1.5 istance, i changed colors in Theme settings but nothing happens.
Even if i change the logo in the footer nothing changes.

I tried to customize the style.css file in custom/theme/Suite7/css

But i see no changes.

I deleted everything in cache folder,
Rebuild js files
Rebuild htaccess file
Hit a QuickRepair
Deleted browser cache

What else could i try?

Solved:
I had a problem in htaccess file.
Even if i rebuild it it still held reference to another folder.

I think this was made by copying istance from a folder to another.
