Can't "add to target list" when selected all records

I was trying to put all my accounts in a target list, but I encountered the following error.

I checked the browser console and saw this error in this way

can someone help me solve this problem?

SuiteCRM version?

PHP version?

crm 8.4.2
php 8.1 or 8.2

Does it work on the live demo?

I find it curious that it’s having trouble reading the cache…

Suite Demo also have the same error…

All those console errors appear at the moment when you click to add to the target list? Or do some of them happen at other times?

Only when i click, after select all records. If i select page records or individual records it works.

That 500 error is probably a PHP fatal error in the backend.

If you take a look at suitecrm.log and php_errors.log on your server, you might find more clues there…

Well, i’m using powershell to see some logs in suitecrm, and i got this message:

I found this php archive and the mentioned lines:

Deprecations are not really errors, they’re surely not blocking anything. Can’t you find a FATAL? Or at least an ERROR?

Found It.

That FATAL supposedly happens only when a non-admin user tries to change 2fa settings.

Are you sure that timestamp matches the moment when you were trying the “add to target list” operation on the UI?

i’m logged as admin in my CRM enviroment to try add to target list in bulk, how can i check the UI timestamp when clicking on the action?

Check on GitHub issue. Maybe you will find a solution.

@rsp thx for helping. I couldn’t find any post that guides me to a solution, but i was thinking that is it possible to create a “select all” button in ProspectList Module in the Accounts SubPanel? I was specting to do it in a PHP file, what’s necessary to do it? Could this action be a solution?

I got this in my suitecrm.log when i’m trying “add to target list” all selected.

Is this the same issue/bug as yours?

It’s similar, but errors in log are different.
I tried what this post tells to do and i got the same log when trying to “mass update” meetings.
I have the same log every time i do this type of action.
