I have an admin account and when I’m creating a new user, I can’t seem to add an email. So, in result, the new user never receives his password. Can you please help?

What does it say when you click on the “+” button?

Is this a new install?
Please check your logs and report here any errors.
What OS do you have?
What version of PHP, Apache and SuiteCRM.
When you installed did you follow all the installation instructions? Did you set correctly permissions?
