So after sending the campaing emails and attempting to click on one of the send emails I receive the error:
Error retrieving record. This record may be deleted or you may not be authorized to view it.
Anyone have an idea of why this is happening. I did a search on the forums and I can see that I am not alone about this one.
Is there a solution to this is issue maybe?

Where exactly are you “clicking” on the email? Maybe it is linked to a specific user (the one who has the Contact or Lead assigned to), so the admin can’t read user’s emails.

I’m clicking on the campaign module in leads and in the campaign itself on sent out/viewed in pretty much the same place as the screen shot below:

Leads module:
and when you click on that you receive that error message.
