For some reason i am not able to use a custom made e-mail template when sending an e-mail to a client. My user has all permissions within the rol settings of which the user is a member. When i login as that user (a salesperson) and click an e-mail address from a lead the integrated e-mail edtior pops up and when i click options and then try to select a pre-defined e-mail template the list is empty.
When i make that user an admin it works. Which permissions do i need to give a user or role to be able to select an e-mail template and use it to send an e-mail?
