Cannot upgrade with wizard - ZIP Error(0): Status(9):

Hi,

When using to upgrade our system to SuiteCRM 7.10.7 we are receiving the following error:

ZIP Error(0): Status(9): Arhive(upload://SuiteCRM-7.10.7.zip): Directory(/var/www/suitecrm/cache/upgrades/temp/VVN5DB)

What can I do to fix it?

Tried it, without any luck.

Can I manually upload the zip, extract it and run the update?

No it won’t work.

  1. Make sure you have correct permission on Upload folder.
  2. Is zip extension enabled in your PHP configuration? This may help you https://stackoverflow.com/questions/15357917/enable-the-zip-extension-for-php

  1. The file is uploaded in the Upload-folder.
  2. ZIP-file is also enabled on our PHP.

Found the problem. Didn’t use the upgrade package, but the full install package.
