Cannot set cases to "close" status

When I tried to close my cases, it will state “Database failure. Please refer to sugarcrm.log for details.”.
What can I do and how am I able to solve this problem?

Are you able to Edit and save cases at all?

If you run a Quick Repair and Rebuild, (Found in Admin > Repair), and on the page that appears, scroll down.
If there are any SQL lines in a box, with the option to “Execute”, click “Execute”

Also, are there any errors in your suitecrm.log or sugarcrm.log files?
