cannot see uploaded documents and email

hello,

just installed, all worked well except that uploaded files and docs are not visible, when I click on the file name in Documents module a new window open up but no file is showed nor download is promt.

The new windo URL is:

/index.php?entryPoint=download&id=e4d14561-4a4b-fe1d-3feb-581db01e4596&type=Documents

anyone can help please?

Can you check you suitecrm’s and webserver’s logs? or maybe browser’s logs. If something is wrong you will get it from there

I have enabled log and now the page give HTTP errror 500 plus I find this in suitecrm.log file

not necessarily, have you checked your file permissions according to documentation?
