Cannot run Diagnostic

For about two weeks, I have not been able to run the Diagnostic Tool. It will show the progress bar at 15% then just hang.

Iā€™m at a bit of a loss - any suggestions?

This seems to be the error as it looks in my log.

It looks like you could be missing fields in the database. have you ran a repair and rebuild ? and scrolled to the bottom of the page to see if there is any sql needing ran ?

it might be worth checking your permissions of the instance. if the permissions are in correct then it may not create the file for the diagnostics.

Hi,

can you check the permissions of the uploads folder ? see what its set to in the dir ? and the files within it ?

The upload folder and the files within it are all set at 775.

Same situation here ;(
Also, adding fields to newly created module doesnā€™t work.

whats your file permissions set at ? this is normally the case of this.

when adding new field is that within module builder or studio ?

Iā€™ve done

sudo chmod -R 775 .

before next try of adding fields, so permissions are 755.
Last tries in Module Builder, but I was probably trying Studio before, also without result.

chmod 777 didnā€™t help.
All diagnostics except ā€˜MySQL - General Informationā€™ works fine

after adding field in Studio got new fields marked with * - ā€œ* field created in Studioā€

It still isnā€™t working for me and Iā€™m not sure why. I have all of my permissions set via terminal and sudo chmod -R 775 .

I was also having an issue where my backup wasnā€™t working, but the problem there was the 15 GB of documents added into the CRM. I removed the documents (replacing them with links to a cloud system) and backups works again.

So circling back to why diagnostic does not run.

Here is a screen shot of the page.

I have my error log set down to Warn and outside of some images not found, nothing is being logged as an issue.

Any thoughts on how to trouble shoot this?

maybe you should increase max execution time

Thanks for the suggestion. I had it at 3600 and just put it at 9600 and there was no difference. Still stalling at 15% and nothing loggedā€¦

Same problem here. Is there any solution?

Iā€™m not even trying to get as far as the Diagnostic, just Repair and Build. It also stops saying ā€œDoneā€ at the ā€œRebuilding Extensionsā€ step, even when Iā€™ve deleted my custom PHP files. I have no idea if thatā€™s normal or not.

php.ini was also added with expression ā€œdisplay_errors = Offā€
