Cannot log in to phpMyadmin after installing suiteCRM 7.3.1

Dear all, I just installed suiteCRM Version 7.3.1 Sugar Version 6.5.20 (Build 1001) on Windows 64bit. Installation was success and functions are all Ok. But I found that I can not log into my phpMyAdmin any more. Error was Access denied: Cannot connect: invalid settings. I could still log into MySQL via command line prompt: ‘mysql -u root -p’ though.

During installation of suiteCRM I provided username and password for root.

Can anybody help me out please? Thanks.

Hi,

Have you done any updates/changes recently that may have effected phpmyadmin?
Also, Have you tried restarting the Apache service?
