Cannot link inbound email V7.14.0

Hello! I have recently installed SuiteCRM. I’m looking at transitioning my company to it to save on money, but also to have a bit more customization available.

I followed the documentation, and got through adding an OAuth Provider and Connection.

I started to add the inbound email account, and I get stuck at the “Monitored Folders” section. It just gives me a bunch of commas when I try to select an inbox folder.

I have my tokens, authorization urls, redirect urls all set correctly. Or it seems. I breezed through up until this point. Either something is missing from the documentation, I’m missing something, or there is a glitch? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Nevermind… It seems that I was missing

php-cli php-intl php-ldap php-soap php8.1-intl php8.1-ldap php8.1-soap

It doesn’t mention this in the v7 documentation, but it does in the v8 docs.

Ignore these commas.
Click the select buttons after those fields means “Monitored Folders”,“Trash Folders”,“Sent Folders”, If the server SMTP credentials are correct, the popup will show you all the available folders in the email server. Now you can select the related folder.
If problem not resolved, then tell the SuiteCRM version and your Email service provider.
