Cannot connect to SuiteCRM

I get a 500 internal service error. All fields I need to fill in are correct. Cannot find any other reference to this problem.

Any suggestions?

Have you made sure the URL is correct and there is no trailing / on save?

What version of Outlook are you using?

Hi Will. If I put the URL in the slot with no trailing slash, on save, it adds one. I have Outlook 2016 (Office 365).
