I have recently upgraded SuiteCRM from version 7.8.x to 7.10.2
Everything goes fine but export from Outlook…
For years we’ve been using free version of Grinmark MS Office Addin for Sugar without any problems. After upgrade, suddenly no user can even connect to the system from the plugin.
There’s only three fields to configure in the plugin:
- SuiteCRM path (http://Your-SuiteCRM-Instance)
- User
- Password
I am sure the credentials are correct (I can login into Suite without any problems with the browser) - but plugin doesn’t connect.
If somebody knows how to solve this issue (any additional configuration settings in 7.10.x?) - please, give me an advice…
